Individual therapy

I provide therapy (English/Afrikaans) for adults, adolescents, children and families in a safe and supportive environment. I provide individual assessment and evidence-based therapies tailored to the individual's needs. I cover areas such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, anorexia and more. I believe each person has unique strengths that can be used in the therapeutic space towards working to their healing and wholeness. I therefore work from a holistic perspective and use an integrative therapeutic approach, drawing from various therapeutic modalities as required by the client's individual needs. I believe in empowering my clients to find these inner strengths and to develop healthy coping skills for life's challenges. If you need a space to help you navigate some difficult circumstances, I am here to help you find your way through.
